Send a message directly in your active WhatsApp conversation with Logicmesh with either of these commands:

DELETE MY DATA

STOP AND ERASE

Result: Our webhook immediately revokes active message permissions and queues your chat identifier for deletion.

OPTION B • EMAIL REQUEST

Via Email Request

Send an email from your registered email account to our compliance desk:

Subject: [WHATSAPP DATA DELETION]

Please specify the full international phone number (with country code) to be removed.

What Happens After Your Request

Receipt & Tracking Code Generation Within 24 hours of receiving an email request, our system registers your request and issues a Confirmation Tracking ID for reference.

Database & Webhook Log Purge We purge all inbound/outbound message transcripts, attachments, webhook delivery receipts, and phone number mappings from our active data stores.

Confirmation Notice A formal confirmation notification is transmitted verifying that your WhatsApp data has been permanently eradicated from Logicmesh infrastructure.

Data stored natively inside your own WhatsApp mobile client application or on Meta's WhatsApp servers is subject to Meta's data retention policies. Deleting your data on Logicmesh removes all data stored by Logicmesh, but you may also clear chat history within your local WhatsApp app.
