2. Scope of Engineering & Advisory Services

Logicmesh provides specialized product engineering, distributed systems architecture, high-frequency scraping infrastructure, autonomous AI engines, and web performance consulting.

Consultation Requests: Submissions via our contact forms or exploratory calls do not establish a binding service contract until a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) is executed.
Client Deliverables: Specific project deliverables, milestone timelines, SLAs, warranty periods, and payment schedules are governed by individual client contracts which supersede general website terms in the event of any conflict.

3. Intellectual Property

Site Content: All code, design systems, articles, case studies, trademarks, and logos appearing on logicmesh.co are the proprietary property of Logicmesh and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Client Deliverables: Custom code, repository commits, and software assets engineered specifically for clients under signed contracts transfer to the client upon full settlement of contractually agreed invoices, subject to terms specified in the applicable SOW.

Pre-existing Studio IP: Logicmesh retains all rights in its proprietary foundational libraries, internal tooling, deployment scripts, and reusable algorithmic modules.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

When interacting with our Website, APIs, or communication endpoints, you agree not to:

Engage in automated denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or deliberately overload server infrastructure.
Attempt unauthorized penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or reverse engineering of non-public systems without prior written authorization.
Submit malicious payloads, trojans, ransomware, or abusive contact spam.
Misrepresent identity or business credentials when requesting enterprise discovery quotes.
